どちらもダウンロードして、解凍後”plugin”フォルダーに入れて”有効化”

人用はサイトマップ用の”ページ”を作成して”コード”で

と入れる。

サーチエンジン用はwordpressのインストールディレクトリに”sitemap.xml”と”sitemap.xml.gz”
という名前でファイルを用意してパーミッションを書き込み可能にしておく。
